Cancellation policy:
A force majeure event is an unexpected situation that makes it impossible to operate a tour as planned. For Machu Picchu, this includes natural events that impact the site or restrict access. In such cases, Travel On Green cannot be held liable for any losses.
Examples of force majeure events include riots, strikes, terrorism, natural disasters, extreme weather, fires, or similar emergencies. Travel On Green may need to change, postpone, or cancel tours due to these events or insufficient traveler numbers. Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a full refund, partial refund, or no refund. We always strive to provide alternative options before canceling any tour.
Our Lifetime Deposit Guarantee protects your money in unexpected situations like war, illness, pandemics (including COVID-19), or travel restrictions that disrupt your plans. If you can’t travel, your deposit stays safe and can be applied to any future trip with Travel On Green.
To qualify:
If you’re unable to rebook yourself, you can transfer your deposit to a friend or family member. Just send us proof of the event, and we’ll secure your deposit for your next unforgettable adventure.
For day tours without Machu Picchu or pre-booked reservations like hotels or entry tickets, enjoy free cancellation up to 72 hours before your tour starts. This policy applies to top day trips like Rainbow Mountain, Humantay Lake, Sacred Valley, Maras Moray, and other amazing experiences.
Cancellations within 72 hours of your tour departure are non-refundable.
We provide flexible payment options, including full payment, installments, and custom plans to suit your needs. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method from your booking.

Travel On Green is not liable for any problems caused by not meeting these passport or visa requirements.
