Early Morning Departure from Cusco

Once the group is ready, we leave Cusco at approximately 5:00 AM and begin a scenic two-hour journey toward the small Andean town of Cusipata. Upon arrival, you will enjoy a hearty breakfast at a local restaurant, giving you time to relax and prepare for the high-altitude hike to Rainbow Mountain.
Breakfast in Cusipata and Transfer to Rainbow Mountain
After breakfast, we continue our journey for approximately one more hour toward the trailhead of Rainbow Mountain, also known as Vinicunca or Montaña de 7 Colores.
Before starting the hike, a local entrance fee of 30 Peruvian soles (cash only) is required. The trail begins at approximately 4,700 meters (15,420 feet) above sea level and gradually ascends to the spectacular summit at around 5,100 meters (16,732 feet).

At approximately 1:30 PM, we arrive in Cusipata, where you will enjoy a buffet lunch featuring a selection of local and international dishes.
After lunch, you will have a short opportunity to rest before beginning the approximately two-hour drive back to Cusco.
Return to Cusco
During the return journey, we pass near Cusco Airport and the main bus terminal at approximately 4:00 PM. If needed, we can arrange a drop-off at either location before continuing toward the city center.
